“grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's...

“The hot tub could be hotter but it certainly worked on keeping the aches away. I appreciate the care and patience when horseback riding which made the experience very memorable. Loved the ranch. You should add those small strips of lights under the kitchen cabinets. Loved having a full kitchen.”

“The property is clean and just as listed. We enjoyed how close we were to the park and all the activities nearby. Unfortunately our stay was during the government shutdown so we were not able to do any cave tours at the national park. The BBQ restaurant that was suggested to us was also closed and looked have been closed for quite some time. If we ever decide to return, I’d definitely rebook this property. ”
